Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use NuLink services for any of the following activities:

Illegal Activities

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Fraudulent schemes or deceptive practices
  • Identity theft or impersonation
  • Money laundering or financial crimes
  • Transmission of illegal content

Harmful Communications

  • Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
  • Stalking or intimidation
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Defamatory or libelous content
  • Content that exploits minors

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • Robocalling without proper consent
  • Violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • Using auto-dialers without compliance measures
  • Spoofing caller ID with intent to defraud

Technical Violations

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfering with or disrupting services
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Circumventing security measures
  • Excessive use that degrades service for others

3. TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPLIANCE

Users must comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including:

  • TCPA: Telephone Consumer Protection Act requirements
  • Do Not Call: Federal and state Do Not Call Registry regulations
  • STIR/SHAKEN: Call authentication requirements
  • E911: Emergency calling requirements
  • FCC Rules: All applicable FCC regulations

4. MESSAGING COMPLIANCE

For SMS and MMS messaging, you must:

  • Obtain proper consent before sending messages
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly
  • Include clear sender identification
  • Follow carrier-specific guidelines
  • Register campaigns with The Campaign Registry (TCR) when required
  • Comply with CTIA messaging guidelines

5. RESOURCE USAGE

While we provide generous usage limits, you agree not to:

  • Exceed reasonable usage patterns for your subscription tier
  • Use services in ways that negatively impact other users
  • Resell services without authorization
  • Use services for traffic pumping or similar schemes

6. CONTENT STANDARDS

All content transmitted through our services must not:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain obscene or adult content without proper consent
  • Promote violence or illegal activities
  • Spread misinformation harmful to public health or safety
  • Violate the privacy of others

7. ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor service usage for compliance
  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
  • Cooperate with legal processes and investigations
