1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using NuLink's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

NuLink LLC ("NuLink," "we," "us," or "our") provides enterprise communication services including VoIP, messaging, and related features through our platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

NuLink provides a unified communication platform that includes:

• Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calling services
• SMS and MMS messaging capabilities
• Fax services
• Call recording and analytics
• Auto-attendant and IVR features
• Mobile and desktop applications
• API access for integrations

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use NuLink services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
• Transmission of spam or unsolicited messages
• Violation of telecommunications regulations
• Interference with our services or systems

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The NuLink platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by NuLink LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NULINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
