Plus, our AI features like intelligent call handling and automatic transcription aren't available in legacy systems.
No! NuLink works in your web browser and on mobile apps. You can use your existing computer, smartphone, or tablet. If you prefer desk phones, we offer compatible IP phones, and Pro plan customers get them free during their trial period.
Yes! We support number porting from any carrier. The process typically takes 7-14 business days. During porting, your service remains active with your old provider, then switches over seamlessly. Visit our /porting page to get started.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no penalties or termination fees. If you cancel, your service continues until the end of your billing period. See our refund policy for details on refunds within the first 30 days.

Most customers are making calls within 10 minutes. The setup process is: (1) Create account (2 minutes), (2) Choose a phone number (3 minutes), (3) Add payment method (2 minutes), (4) Start calling (immediate). We provide a guided walkthrough for first-time users.
For crystal-clear HD calls, we recommend at least 1 Mbps upload and download per concurrent call. Most modern internet connections easily exceed this. If you have 10+ Mbps, you're all set for multiple simultaneous calls.

Yes! Our mobile apps for iOS and Android let you make/receive calls, send texts, check voicemail, and manage your account from anywhere. Your business number displays on outbound calls, so customers never see your personal number.
Yes! We offer integrations with popular CRMs and business tools. Our API allows custom integrations for unique workflows. Pro plan includes API access. Contact us about specific integration needs—we may already support your tools.
If your internet fails, you can still receive calls on our mobile app using cellular data. You can also set up call forwarding to route calls to any phone number (like your mobile) during outages. We recommend configuring failover rules in your dashboard for business continuity.

Our infrastructure spans multiple US-based data centers with redundancy for reliability. Voice traffic is routed through the nearest edge location for optimal call quality. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Yes! E911 is supported and included with all plans. You must register a physical address for each location where you'll use NuLink. Emergency services will receive this address when you dial 911. Update your E911 address in dashboard settings if you move.
NuLink uses bank-grade security: end-to-end encryption for calls and messages, SOC 2 Type II compliance, encrypted data storage, two-factor authentication (2FA), and regular security audits. We never sell your data and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA regulations.
Only you and team members you authorize can access your data. NuLink employees cannot access your recordings or messages without your explicit permission (such as during support requests). All access is logged for compliance and auditing.
Call recordings and messages are retained according to your plan settings (default: 90 days). You can configure retention from 30 days to unlimited. Account information is retained as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after cancellation for reactivation purposes.
Yes! You can export call logs, recordings, messages, and contacts anytime from your dashboard. All exports are available in standard formats (CSV, PDF, MP3). This ensures you always own your data and can switch providers if needed.
