REFUND POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
At NuLink LLC ("NuLink," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation policies for all subscription plans and services.
By subscribing to NuLink's services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and all other applicable policies.
2. 30-DAY FREE TRIAL
All new customers receive a 30-day free trial with full access to their selected plan's features.
Trial Period Terms
- No Credit Card Required: You can start your trial without providing payment information
- Full Feature Access: All plan features are available during the trial
- Cancel Anytime: Cancel during the trial with no charges
- Trial End: You'll be notified 7 days before trial ends
- Automatic Billing: If payment method is on file, billing begins after trial unless cancelled
Important Note
The 30-day free trial is available once per organization. Multiple trial sign-ups from the same business or individual may be declined.
3. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & REFUNDS
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- First 30 Days After Trial: Full refund available if you're not satisfied
- After 30 Days: Prorated refund for unused days in current billing cycle
- Cancellation: Service continues until end of billing period
- No Partial Month Charges: You're never charged for partial months after cancellation
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount and are billed once per year.
- First 30 Days: Full refund available
- 31-90 Days: Prorated refund minus 10% administrative fee
- After 90 Days: Prorated refund minus 25% administrative fee
- After 6 Months: No refund available; service continues until end of annual term
Example: If you purchase an annual plan for $348 ($29/month × 12) with 15% discount = $295.80, and cancel after 2 months, you would receive a prorated refund of approximately $221.85 ($295.80 - 2 months used - 10% fee).
4. ADD-ON SERVICES & FEATURES
Phone Numbers
- Monthly Fee: $5/month per additional number
- Toll-Free Numbers: $2/month + usage charges
- Refund Policy: Prorated refund for unused portion of current month
- Number Porting: One-time $15 porting fee is non-refundable once porting begins
Usage Charges
- Overage Minutes: Charged at $0.02/minute (Smart Plan only)
- International Calls: Rates vary by destination
- Refund Policy: Usage charges are non-refundable as they represent actual service consumed
Hardware (IP Phones)
- Free Equipment: Pro plan customers receive free IP phones during trial
- Return Policy: Must be returned within 30 days if service cancelled
- Condition: Equipment must be in original condition with all packaging
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
- Unreturned Equipment: $150 charge per phone if not returned
5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable:
- Setup fees or onboarding charges (when applicable to custom enterprise plans)
- Number porting fees once porting process has begun
- Usage-based charges (calls, messages, international minutes)
- Third-party integration fees
- Professional services or custom development work
- Charges incurred due to violation of Terms of Service
- Subscriptions more than 6 months old (annual plans)
6. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
How to Request a Refund

- Provide Information:
- Account email and organization name
- Reason for refund request
- Invoice number or transaction ID
- Review Process: We'll review your request within 2 business days
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card: 5-7 business days to appear on statement
- Bank Transfer/ACH: 7-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Self-Service: Cancel directly from your dashboard (Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription)
- Email: Send cancellation request to billing@nulink.app
- Phone: Call +1 833 214 3272 during business hours
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your service continues until the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all features until the period ends
- No additional charges will be made
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for account reactivation
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted (except as required by law)
8. ACCOUNT REACTIVATION
If you cancelled your account and wish to return:
- Within 30 Days: Full account restoration with all data and settings
- After 30 Days: New account required; previous data cannot be recovered
- Phone Numbers: May not be available if released to another customer
- Pricing: Current pricing applies (may differ from original subscription)
9. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback:
- Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through our support team
- Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension
- Chargeback fees may be passed to the customer
- Multiple chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

10. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Service Outages
If we experience a service outage:
- Outages lasting more than 4 hours receive automatic account credits
- Credits are calculated based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Credits are applied to your next billing cycle
Account Termination by NuLink
If we terminate your account for violation of Terms of Service:
- No refund is provided
- You may appeal the termination within 7 days
- If appeal is successful, full refund of current billing period
Force Majeure
In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions), we will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to determine fair resolution, which may include service credits, refunds, or extended service periods.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
