Getting Started

How do I set up my organization?

After signing up, you'll be guided through a setup wizard. Add your organization details, invite team members, and configure your first phone number. The process typically takes 5-10 minutes.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Enter email addresses and assign roles. Team members will receive an invitation email with setup instructions.

How do I configure integrations?

Navigate to Settings → Integrations to connect with popular business tools like Slack, Salesforce, and HubSpot. Follow the authorization flow for each integration.

Messaging

What are the message rate limits?

Starter: 100 messages/hour, Professional: 500 messages/hour, Enterprise: Custom limits. Rate limits help ensure platform stability and compliance with carrier regulations.

How do I set up auto-responses?

Go to Settings → Automation → Auto-Responses. Create rules based on keywords, time of day, or sender. Use variables to personalize responses.

Can I schedule messages?

Yes! When composing a message, click the clock icon to schedule delivery. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Billing

How do I update payment methods?

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods. You can add, remove, or set a default payment method. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

When are invoices generated?

Invoices are generated on your billing date each month. You'll receive an email with the invoice, and payment is automatically processed using your default payment method.

How do I change plans?

Navigate to Settings → Plan & Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Security

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Follow the setup wizard to configure 2FA using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy.

What encryption does NuLink use?

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Enterprise customers can enable end-to-end encryption for sensitive communications.

How do I manage API keys?

Navigate to Settings → API → Keys. Create new keys, rotate existing ones, or revoke compromised keys. Always keep your API keys secure and never commit them to version control.

Troubleshooting

Why are my messages not sending?

Check: (1) You haven't exceeded rate limits, (2) Phone number is verified, (3) Recipient hasn't opted out, (4) Account is in good standing. Contact support if issues persist.

How do I check platform status?

Visit status.nulink.app for real-time status updates and incident history. You can also subscribe to status notifications.

What do error codes mean?

Refer to our Error Code Reference for detailed explanations and solutions. Common codes include authentication errors (401), rate limits (429), and validation errors (400).
